With 17 years of network TV experience under her belt, Angellica has emerged as a significant presenter of adult factual and entertainment programmes, with her intelligence, wit and warmth shining through.
Angellica, an ex-champion of BBC1’s Celebrity MasterChef, is an integral part of BBC1’s flagship show, The One Show, both reporting and regularly standing in as a main presenter. She has appeared presenting BBC1’s second series of Ill-Gotten Gains as well as co-presenting the next series of The Martin Lewis Money Show for ITV, plus appearing as one of the hosts for Family Cooking Showdown on BBC2.
Angellica is also well known for her ability to rise to the most fearsome of challenges, including 71 Degrees North for ITV where she toughed it out in the Arctic for five weeks. Her journey to discovering cycling came about through Tour de Celeb, Channel 5, where she cycled L’Etape du Tour after only eight weeks training and despite never having previously ridden a bike. She’s a shining example of how it’s never too late to learn to ride and a passionate advocate for cycling as a family.
Her radio work includes Making Tracks, Radio 3 where she brilliantly demystified classical music for young people. This is a passion of Angellica’s, who is working her way through the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music cello exams and sings with a local choir. She is also an accomplished writer on family life (she has two small children), food and culture and contributes to Waitrose Weekend Magazine. She’s recently released a children's cookbook 'Fantastic Eats! & How to Cook Them'.
