The Subaru Performance Theatre offered advice and inspiration from the UK's top cyclists, coaches and experts.

Special guests including Rachel Atherton, Sean Kelly, Helen Wyman, Katie Archibald and The Brownlee Brothers offered a unique insight in to their daily lives, training regimes and favourite races. The 3 days saw thousands of visitors enjoy talks and leave the show inspired, eager to train and ready to race.

All theatre sessions were free of charge for ticket holders, with seating available on a first come, first serve basis.
