Wow, what an amazing 3 days it was…

A big thank you to the many thousands of visitors who came through the door and for helping to make the 2019 London Bike Show and Triathlon Show: London a huge success.

From the open water swimmers who enjoyed a dip in the dock courtesy of NOWCA, to the riders that packed our track each day trying out the latest road, commuter, mountain and e-bikes, it was a weekend of true passion and enthusiasm for all things active.

It was a weekend for star spotting as well. Legendary triathletes, Jonny and Alistair Brownlee opened proceedings on the Friday, entertaining crowds with tales of pushing themselves to the limits. Our Subaru Performance Theatre hosted the great and the good from the worlds of cycling and triathlon – with stand-out talks from the BBC’s Louise Minchin, Olympic World Champion Katie Archibald, former Ironman World Champion Chrissie Wellington, downhill MTB superstars ‘The Athertons’ and the ever popular Sean Kelly.

The big theme for the 2019 event was the rise of female cycling, and the team from Casquette magazine delighted audiences with their unique talks, demonstrations and workshops from a uniquely female perspective. And to top it all off, the spectacular BMX stunt riders thrilled onlookers with their high-flying antics.

Safe to say this was our best show yet, and we’ll be going all out to top it in 2020 for our 10th anniversary.
